50 LOTTO TICKETS will be purchased by the Commodore for all “Designated Events” so designated by the Commodore.

• 1a. Only Chartered Members are eligible to win. See We Are All Going to Be Rich, Or Not Fund page for distribution of winnings.
• 1b. At all Designated Events, only Chartered Members wearing either one of their two official caps will be considered in attendance to qualify for the big jackpot. No hat = no money.
• 1c. All Chartered Members unable to attend a Designated Event, and located outside of 50 miles of said event, will be be considered in attendance for the big jackpot.
